The Bearbrick® Figures sells highly collectible Bearbrick figures, delivering authentic limited edition releases to our customers globally. We work directly with Medicom Toy Inc., the creators of Bearbrick, to offer iconic collectibles from your favorite artists, brands, characters, and more.

We disclaim any liability for errors or outdated information. It is your responsibility to verify current details prior to placing an order.
4. Order Process
4.1 Placing an Order
You may place orders through our website:

Risk and title of products pass to you when we transfer products to the carrier. We are not liable for loss or damage during transit. Please inspect deliveries promptly on arrival and notify us within 3 business days of any issues.

We work directly with Medicom Toy Inc. to source authentic Bearbrick collectibles. Each authentic Bearbrick is marked with an official label and serial number. If you have any doubts about the authenticity of a Bearbrick product, please reach out to us.

Specific terms apply – all promotional details including eligibility requirements, validity dates, and redemption limits will be specified on our website and emailed newsletters. 9. Returns & Refunds
Due to the limited edition and collectible nature of our products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds except in the following cases:
- You receive an incorrect or defective product. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery to arrange a refund or replacement.
- We are unable to fulfill your order due to product unavailability.
- You refuse delivery due to incorrect pricing or other errors in your order.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected on your account statement.
